Boundary#

This umbrella groups existing MUST epics without changing their implementation scope, requirement ownership, estimates, or acceptance contracts. It is a native GitHub parent issue and Project item; it is not a replacement specification.

Acceptance contract#

The milestone acceptance contract remains canonical in docs/backlog/MASTER_ISSUE.md. This umbrella is complete when every listed epic is linked, its subtask progress is read back, and no optional parking-lot work is included.

Validation#

Read back the milestone, parent/sub-issue relationships, Project item, and sub-issue progress before marking the umbrella Done.
